It has been quite a while since we've had a chance to add to Max's blog but we have had some other things on the go!!! Max is now officially a big brother!
Baby Norah Mae Macdonald was born at 12:35am on February 26th, safely delivered by midwives at our home in Cochrane. Abbie did such an amazing job and is doing really well. Norah is so sweet, seems so small (although she is 7 pounds 12 ounces) and is happy and healthy. And Max woke up this morning into the new role of big brother! It was very fun to surprise him with his baby sister this morning and the reaction we caught on video! It took him a few minutes to figure it out and then he put on this BIG SMILE! He's going to be a great brother. Max knew all along that we were having a girl despite Abbie and I both thinking that it was a boy! Congratulations! So happy for you all. Norah is a beauty but didn't expect her not to be! Max will be an amazing big brother! Praying for good health for Norah and Max of course and a smooth recovery for Abbie. Blessings to you all as you adjust to this new addition to your family.
