Troubleshooting

Happy Weekend Everyone! 

We are new to the blogging world so please be patient as we are learning the "ins and outs" of this method of communication. We are hoping this post helps answer some common questions/issues that have come to our attention.  

1. Subscribing for Email Updates

If you are viewing the blog from a computer, you should see along the right hand side, below "Meet Max" a place to "Follow Max's Journey by Email." Please type your email address in the spot provided and click submit.

Then, a pop up window will appear that looks will look like this.... Be sure to complete the word verification! 

After you press "Complete Subscription Request" you will see one more pop up window that looks like this...

**Lastly, you will need to check your email inbox (or spam/junk folder) and look for an email with the subject "Activate your email subscription to: Miracle Max."  Click on the link provided in the email to activate your subscription. That should do it! 

2. Viewing the Blog on a Smart Phone 

If you are viewing the blog on an iPhone or other smart phone, you will NOT see the option to "Follow Max's Journey by Email" on the right hand side. In order to get this option you will need to scroll to the bottom of the page and click "view web version." Then you can follow the directions above to complete the subscription process.

3. Commenting on Posts

Unfortunately the commenting section of the blog is not very consistent or user friendly. You do have the option to comment on any post. Depending on the device you are using (Mac, PC, Smart Phone etc.), the option to comment section will vary in how it appears. 

The simplest way is to click on either the title of the post or the "Read more" link. This will bring you to a separate page which will then give you the opportunity to post a comment at the bottom.  Otherwise, your will have to follow the instructions below...

• On an iPhone, you should be able to simply click the link "Post a Comment" located at the end of the post. 
• On your computer, you will have to click the link that says "no comments" listed beside the time our blog was posted at. Keep in mind that it will not always say "no comment" - if other people have commented, it will then show the number of comments. See picture below.
